OutMatch Group Reports allow you to consolidate multiple individuals' assessment results into a single, easy-to-read, downloadable report, enabling you and your team to spotlight and understand key insights into your finalist candidates, current employees, and top performers.
Use OutMatch Group Reports to review a side-by-side comparison of candidates for selection, or leverage the functionality for team dynamics exercises, development and succession planning, and training needs analysis by compiling your teams and top performers on a group summary report.
Building a Group Report
First, log into your OutMatch Talent Dashboard and navigate to the People screen.
Up to 10 individuals who have completed an assessment for the same Behavioral Match job, or up to 30 individuals who completed the same Competency Match job can be added to a Group Report.
Because all individuals included on the report must have taken the same Job assessment, start by Filtering by Job.
Note: You can also begin at the Jobs screen and select the option for View/Compare Assessments next to the selected Job name. This will automatically bring you to a filtered view of the People screen.
Once your People view has been filtered by a specific Job, a checkbox will appear next to the completed individuals' names allowing you to Add to Compare for Behavioral Match jobs or Add to Group Report for Competency Match jobs. OutMatch Compare Reports can include up to 10 people onto a single report, and Group Reports can include up to 30 people.
Now that you've selected the people to be included, click the blue Compare or Group Report button to generate a Compare Report for Behavioral Match
