Overview
Updates have been made to the Succeed and Selection reports to improve usability. These changes bring the most important candidate information to the forefront, reduce the time it takes for users to review reports, and help clarify what a good match vs. Poor match looks like.
Impact
All customers/resellers will be impacted by this change. From 3/19/2024 every account will have the newly redesigned succeed and selection reports. Marketing will send out an update to all the customers and resellers with documents helping explain that changes that are done to the UI.
NOTE: There has been no major change in the content/information of these reports; just UI (way of displaying the information, with some updates to the text and description to avoid any redundancies) have been done.
Improvements
This section highlights the changes made to each tab/section of the reports using a comparison between the current and new version of the report.
Overall Matching Score
- Matchlings have been removed.
- Added a collapsible “How to read” section - A user who is used to reading/going through these reports need not have to read “How to read report“ section each time. Hence this information is now moved to a collapsible section. This also helps reduce the overall length of the report and even if the user wants to download this report (more on download report can be found below in Download/Share report section).
- As a new addition, “Band Label“ has been introduced. This label allows the end user to understand where the candidate overall score lies within the range.
- Updated text style for the section’s title.
- Cognitive and Personality match section with scores is now moved to a section below.
*These changes apply to both competency and traits reports.
Individual Percentile Score
- Matchlings have now been removed.
- A "Percentile" label has been added to the blue circle - so as to make it more evident for the recruiter/HM as what the number is the blue circle is without even reading the description.
- Removed Match Ranking section - Description for the Match Ranking section is now simplified and has now been added just under the title.
- Updated description text.
- Updated graph - The graph has been updated to also highlight the median score (using a dashed line) and where does the candidate lie based on the median.
- Added map legend - The legend would help read the graph better.
Personality Print and Cognitive Measures Section
This section is visible specifically when there are both Personality and Cognitive assessments available. Otherwise, the overall score is fully based on personality print and its relevance is 100%.
- Added description with % value below Personality Print and Cognitive measures titles - These % values are configurable, so it should be pulled from the relevant account settings. Also, this helps hiring manager understand weightage for each assessment separately.
- Added border around PP section.
*These changes apply to both competency and traits reports.
Competency Overview
- Matchlings have been removed.
- Top strengths/competencies and Potential opportunities are now clubbed into a single view with a horizontal scale displaying where the candidate stands.
- Employer can now also move to Key Insights directly from Competency Overview.
*These changes are applicable only to the competency reports.
Traits Overview
- Top strengths and Potential opportunities are now clubbed into a single view with a horizontal scale displaying where the candidate stands.
- Employer can now also move to Key Insights directly from Traits Overview too.
- Added map legend - Legend was missing from the current view. The blue area highlights the matching area where the orange and green line shows where the candidate lies on the matching scale. Orange indicators imply that the candidate is outside the acceptable range while green indicators imply that they are inside the range.
- Traits definitions can be seen from the little information tooltip next to the respective trait.
