Talent Dashboard Users and designated recipients can receive an email confirmation when a participant completes an assessment. Survey Completion Notification emails are sent immediately after survey completion and can be used to confirm and quickly identify those participants who have successfully completed the survey.
Survey completion notifications are enabled at the job level. When enabled, a completion notification email is sent whenever a candidate completes the assessment for that job. The individual who will receive the completion notification email is outlined below:
- If the candidate is invited through the Talent Dashboard, the notification will be sent to the User who initiated the survey.
- If the survey is initiated through a self-registration link, the notification will be sent to the fallback email address.
- If the survey is initiated through an ATS and the Assessment Order (AO) includes the recruiter email address, the notification will be sent to that recruiter.
- If the survey is initiated through an ATS and the Assessment Order (AO) does not include the recruiter email address, the notification will be sent to the fallback email address.
Hiring Admins have the option to enable notifications when Creating a Job. Hiring Admins can also enable or disable notifications after the job is created by navigating to the Jobs screen and selecting 'Edit' next to the desired job:
Survey Completion Notifications are disabled by default.
To enable notifications, toggle On.
A fallback email address is required when enabling notifications. The fallback email address will only be notified when a specific user is not associated with the candidate record. For example, the fallback email address will be notified when a candidate registers using a self-registration link. The fallback email address will also be notified when an ATS Assessment Order does not include the recruiter's email address.
Up to five email addresses can be added into the fallback email address field so multiple individuals can receive the same completion notification. This means that multiple people can receive a completion notification for those candidates who register using a self-registration link and for those candidates who apply via an ATS whose AO does not include the recruiter email address. Additional recipients cannot be added to the notification sent to Users who initiate through the Talent Dashboard or to the notification that is sent to the recruiter whose email address is included in the AO.

Completion notification emails include a link to the candidate’s report so the recipient can easily view the report without having to login to the Talent Dashboard or their ATS Platform.
Notifications are based on the assessment context, so the report link sent as part of the email body will correspond to the report relevant to the chosen context. For selection context, we will send the selection report link and for the development context, we will send the development report link. If the assessment was initiated through a manual invitation on the Talent Dashboard, the notification will also include a direct link to the Talent Dashboard for your convenience.
