Create a seamless experience for your candidates and employees by adding your company's logo and branding to the OutMatch platform!
There are four elements required to upload a new theme into OutMatch:
1. Desktop Logo (260 x 80 pixels)
2. Desktop Banner (1080 x 100 pixels)
3. Mobile Logo (230 x 40 pixels)
4. Accent Color
Image files must be JPG or PNG format with the above dimensions. Logos with a transparent background look best!
Don't have a marketing department or graphic designer on staff? No worries! There are many free image resizing tools available online, such as http://resizeimage.net/. If you want to use the default OutMatch banner, save and upload this desktop banner image: OutMatch default banner.png.
Creating a New Theme
Navigate to the Settings gear in the top right corner of your Talent Dashboard. In the Company Branding settings, click Start Now under the Manage Theme(s) heading.
Click Add New Theme.
Then, name your theme, upload your images, and choose an accent color. As you upload and select your theme elements, you'll be able to see a preview of the final product!
Once you're happy with your company branding, click the Save button to upload the theme into your account.
You're almost done! Now, you just need to assign your theme to a level of structure within your account.
Assigning a Theme
Navigate to the Settings gear in the top right corner of your Talent Dashboard. In the Company Branding settings, click Start Now under the Assign Theme heading.
Drag-and-drop your chosen theme to the desired level of structure. Note: If your account does not have structure, drag-and-drop to assign to the Parent Theme.
Click the Save button, and that's it! Your OutMatch Talent Dashboard, candidate reports, and candidate assessment experience are now branded to your specifications.
Want a new look and feel? You can always create a new theme or edit an existing theme by navigating back to your Company Branding settings!
The name of your theme cannot be changed after clicking the Save button, but you will be able to edit the logos, banner, and accent color as needed.
The desktop logo will be visible over a white background on the OutMatch Talent Dashboard...
...and on candidate reports.
The desktop logo will also appear over your chosen desktop banner within the candidate assessment experience. Note: The desktop banner should not include your logo, as the desktop logo will be automatically superimposed over the banner.
The mobile logo will be presented over a light gray background for candidates completing the assessment on a mobile device.
