Create a seamless experience for your candidates and employees by adding your company's logo and branding to the OutMatch platform!
There are five branding options available when your create your new theme in OutMatch:
1. Desktop Logo* (260 x 80 pixels)
2. Mobile Logo* (230 x 40 pixels)
3. Desktop Banner (1080 x 100 pixels)
4. Desktop Background (1280 x 1024 pixels)
5. Accent Color
*The Desktop Logo and Mobile Logo are the only required elements to create a new theme. The Desktop Banner, Desktop Background and Accent Color are optional.
Image files must be JPG or PNG format with the above dimensions. Logos with a transparent background look best!
How to Create a New Theme
Navigate to the Settings gear in the top right corner of your Talent Dashboard. In the Company Branding settings, click Start Now under the Manage Theme(s) heading.
Click Add New Theme.
Next, name your theme, upload your images, and choose an accent color. As you upload and select your theme elements, you'll be able to see a preview of the final product!
You can view the sizing requirements for each theme element by hovering over the black information icon next to the element name.
Once you're satisfied with your branding selections, click the Save button to upload the theme into your account.
You have the ability to upload multiple themes within your account. If your organization has structure to support multiple entities, you will have the option to assign client specific branding to the appropriate level of structure when you assign your theme(s).
Please Note: Company branding themes can only be assigned to the top two levels of structure. If you have multiple entities that require different branding, the entities will need to be created and assigned on the second level of structure.
Assigning a Theme
Once you've uploaded your branding theme(s), please make sure to assign the theme to the appropriate level of structure within your account. Assigning the theme is required in order for your new branding to go live within your account.
To Assign a Theme, Navigate to the Settings gear in the top right corner of your Talent Dashboard. In the Company Branding settings, click Start Now under the Assign Theme heading.
Drag-and-drop your chosen theme to the desired level of structure. Note: If your account does not have structure, drag-and-drop to assign to the Parent Theme.
Click the Save button, and that's it! Your OutMatch Talent Dashboard, candidate reports, and candidate assessment experience are now branded to your specifications.
Want a new look and feel? You can always create a new theme or edit an existing theme by navigating back to your Company Branding settings!
The name of your theme cannot be changed after clicking the Save button, but you will be able to edit the logos, banner, and accent color as needed.
The desktop logo will be visible over a white background on the OutMatch Talent Dashboard...
...and on candidate reports.
The desktop logo will also appear over your chosen desktop banner* within the candidate assessment experience. Note: The desktop banner should not include your logo, as the desktop logo will be automatically superimposed over the banner.
*Default OutMatch Banner shown below
The mobile logo will be presented over a light gray background for candidates completing the assessment on a mobile device.
