Link a Video Interview to an OutMatch Job
OutMatch Video customers can add a pre-recorded video interview when creating a new Job, or add one to any existing Job in your account. Click here for a tutorial on creating pre-recorded video interviews on OutMatch Video.
Navigate to the Jobs tab in your OutMatch Talent Dashboard. If the Job is already active in your account, click Edit next to your Job's name. If you are creating a new Job, click ADD JOB to select a profile and configure your new job.
Next, click the Add Video Interview button.
A pop-up window listing all available pre-recorded video interviews will appear. Click Select Interview for the chosen interview.
That's it! Easy, right? Your selected video interview is now available to invite candidates directly from the Assessment Report.
Send an Invitation to Take a Video Interview
Now that you have linked your pre-recorded video interview with your OutMatch Job, you are ready to start inviting candidates to complete the interview. Not to worry! There is no need to switch between dashboards - you can send invitations, monitor progress, and view video responses directly from the OutMatch Assessment Report.
First, open a completed Assessment Report and navigate to the Interview section. Select the Video Interview tab.
Here, you will see the details for the pre-recorded video interview that is linked to this job. Click the Send Invitation button to send a video interview invitation email directly to the candidate.
Want to update the email template being sent? Switch over to your OutMatch Video dashboard settings to make changes (Click here for help on this step!).
Monitor Video Interview Status
You can keep track of your candidate's progress every step of the way! Just open the candidate's Assessment Report, view the Interview section, and click on the Video Interview tab to view the status.
As the candidate progresses, the status will automatically update on their report.
- Invite Sent - the invitation has been sent to the recipient
- Delivered - the invitation has been successfully delivered
- Viewed - the invitation email was opened and viewed
- Link Clicked - the interview link has been clicked, but the interview was not started
- Started - the interview has been started or is currently in progress
- Completed - the interview has been completed and the responses can now be viewed
Review Video Interview Responses
Great news - your candidate has completed the interview! Simply click the View Video Responses quick link on the top of the Assessment Report to immediately view the candidate's responses.
You can also navigate to the Interview section of the report and click the View Responses button that now appears on the Video Interview tab to review the responses.
A window will open, allowing you to view answers to any forms, video questions, and even attached documents - all without the need to log in!
Share Video Interview Responses
Need someone else to review the video responses? Share the report as usual, and the video responses will automatically be included with the Interview section!
Change or Remove a Video Interview
Want to swap out the pre-recorded video interview or remove it from your Job? Simply navigate to your Jobs screen, click Edit next to the Job name, and click the Remove or Change Interview button.
Click Save to apply your changes. If you added a different pre-recorded interview to the Job, any candidates who were already in progress will still be able to complete their interview, and any new candidates who are invited will receive the updated interview.
