Do I have to complete the assessment in one sitting?
No, but it is recommended to complete the survey at one time if possible. You can return to an incomplete assessment by clicking on the link to the survey in the original invitation or by logging back into the company's career site and launching the assessment again. Your progress up to the last completed page should be saved, so you should resume on the page where you left off.
How do I resume?
To resume, you will need to click on the link you received in your original invitation email. Or, if you were directed to the assessment from a company's career application site, log back in and launch the assessment the same way you did before.
Can I retake my assessment?
No, your responses are final after you submit your final answer. If you have any questions about retaking the assessment, please contact the company to which you are applying.
Do the assessments have a time limit?
No, assessments do not have time limits; however, your session may timeout after 60 minutes of inactivity. You can resume your assessment by initiating the assessment the same way you did initially, either by clicking the link you received in your invitation email or by launching the assessment from the company's career site.
How long does the assessment take to complete?
This will vary by assessment. If you know the hiring manager/recruiter for the position to which you are applying, we recommend asking that individual. If you do not know that person, we recommend setting aside at least 30-45 minutes, just in case.
