Am I required to complete the assessment?
Yes. The assessment is a required part of your application. Your application will not be considered complete until the assessment is completed.
What is OutMatch’s role in my application?
OutMatch licenses its tools (like the assessment) to our partners. We are not directly involved in any part of the application process.
Will I be able to see my assessment results?
As per our Terms and Conditions, neither we nor the organization you applied to are required to share your completed assessment results with you.
Has my application been received/reviewed?
OutMatch can only confirm if your assessment is complete and available to the organization you are applying to. We have no insight into your application status.
Who do I speak with about my job application?
We recommend you reach out directly to the organization you applied to as we have no direct involvement. We are unable to provide contact information for any specific organization.

The comment that I have is a positive one I have worked for major corporations and I have never experienced an assessment like this along with the application process and I think this is a good idea
I would say using a tool as this along with the application process makes it a fair process and I agree with that it would separate the people of integrity and people that don't have integrity thank you for your time and the experience.
This is the most useful and relevant employment tool I have used or heard about, I'm learning a lot more than I even expected to have made available to me. Thanks!
