Who is Outmatch? And what do we do?
If you are reading this article, it probably means that you've been asked to take a survey as part of an application process or employee leadership or development workshop. We (Outmatch) are a company that works with organizations to help hire and develop top talent.
We're passionate about matching the right people with the right roles and setting them up for success by using industry-leading assessment technology and expertise.
Our company primarily helps with assessments, video interviews, and reference checking. If you do have question or you are having issues with your survey or interview, we want to make sure you get your answers as quick as possible. Reference the general guidance below to understand who to contact.
Contact Outmatch first if...
- You have received an error message starting, during, or at the end of the survey or interview
- You are unsure how to log into your Outmatch account
- If you are not receiving emails and your manager or recruiter has already tried to resend it
Contact your manager or recruiter first if...
- You have questions about your application status or next steps in the process
- If you want to know how much time to set aside for the survey
- If you are experiencing errors in your job application that do not seem related to the survey or video interview
