Data Anonymization
Stay GDPR compliant with the ability to anonymize candidates’ personally identifiable information once the data is older than a specified period of time! Be sure to connect with your CSM to get this configured in your account.
Auto-Send Development Reports
Manually sending Development Reports to your candidates is a thing of the past. Provide your candidates with immediate feedback after they complete their competency-based assessments by automatically emailing their Development Report over to them. Talk to your CSM to see if this setting is right for you!
Increase Respondents in Group Report
Group Reports can help you easily discover the strengths and opportunities of multiple people all in one consolidated report. Previously, the maximum number of respondents that could be included in one report was 30, but we are happy to announce that our team has increased this to 200! Be sure to check out the Group Report functionality in your People tab.
