Account Branding
You now have the ability to manage and control your entire account’s branding. Not only does this give you the opportunity to keep your company logo up to date, but you can also change the overall coloring and even your survey font. Head over to your Settings under the “Employer Account Style” section.
User Groups
Individually managing user visibility is a thing of the past with our new Groups feature! Easily label and create user groups when working within your internal teams to manage their Super User rights, survey visibility, and more. Be sure to check out this functionality in your Settings under “Manage Groups.”
Additional Notification Recipients
Do some of your users need to keep an additional eye on certain candidates? If more than just the survey initiator needs to stay up to date on a particular candidate’s report, you can now set them up to receive notifications along the way! When first sending out that survey, add these users (or even Groups) to the “Survey Notification Recipients” field so they can track that individual’s progress, too.
Date & Time Formatting
For our users outside of Pacific Standard Time, or users that prefer a different date format than MM/DD/YYYY, our date and time formatting enhancement is for you! In your account Settings, you can now update the default date/time format for any, or all, of your templates. Choose between a 12- or 24-hour clock, MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY, and even select a time zone.
Batch Reminders
To get a quicker turnaround, we have updated our system so your team can send out reminder messages to many candidates or raters at once. While most templates automatically send out reminders based on a schedule, sometimes people still need an extra push! Instead of doing this one by one, check out the “Batch Process” tab in your account.
Notes
Do you have additional information that you need to make note of for a candidate? Fraud alert findings, details about the references, interview specifications? Our Notes feature lets you write all this down directly in your account and we can even display those additional notes on your completed reports! Connect with your CSM if this sounds like something your organization would benefit from.
User List Review
We’ve simplified the user management process by letting you easily review the users in your account. In the Manage Users section, the “Export Sub-Account List” functionality will provide you with a CSV file displaying all users, their contact details, any groups they are in, and if they are active. Our “Batch Lock/Unlock” option will let you remove or restore access to many users at once. See, we said it was simple!
Bonus Feature: Automated Archiving
Harver Reference is proud to announce that we’ve enhanced our existing report archiving functionality. You have always been able to archive each completed report individually or in batches, but now you can have those reports be archived automatically for you! Keep your portal clean by automatically archiving reports after a configurable number of days once completed. All of these reports will still be accessible, just organized out of your freshly polished homepage!
