Candidate Reminder Intervals
Configurable intervals for candidate reminders are here! Previously, candidates who were invited to assessments would receive an automatic reminder after 48-hours if they hadn't completed it by then. Based on user feedback, we made the length of time configurable so users can specify when the candidate will receive their reminder. To configure your automatic reminders, be sure to head over to the Email Configuration ā Reminder settings!
Enhanced People Search
Move over, Google! Thereās a better search bar in town. Check out the new enhancements to our Search bars, allowing you to search for people by First Name, Last Name, email address, or any combination of the three!
Participant Consent
To strengthen our privacy standards, Participant Consent gives you the capability to explicitly collect consent to process a candidateās personal information before they begin the assessment. If enabled, the candidate must select a checkbox before continuing. Connect with us if you need any assistance setting this up in your account!
Archive Candidates
Our āPeopleā tab has been upgraded with the ability to āArchiveā active candidates and move them out of your main view. This will send candidates to an āArchivedā tab, but you can always unarchive them!
Development Report - Learn More Toggle
To help create a smoother experience for the non-English users of the Development Report, we have now allowed the Admin user to hide the āLearn Moreā sections of the Tips page. If you are using non-English languages in your account, be sure to reach out to your CSM for more details on how this toggle can create a seamless process for your candidates.
