If the Checkster system detects device sharing indicating that the candidate may have taken their own reference check, you will receive an email notification, as well as a notification on the reference report.
If fraud is detected, the report will be blurred and a notification at the top will inform the recruiter that fraudulent activity was detected. To view the report, the recruiter must click on “View report”.
After viewing the report and further investigating the fraudulent activity, the recruiter can confirm or clear the fraud alert by clicking on “Resolve Fraud”.
Then, entering a reason and clicking on “Confirm Fraud” or “Clear Fraud”.
