How do I Edit a Candidate's Contact Information?

Edit Candidate Email Address or Mobile Number:

To edit a candidate's email address or mobile number, follow the steps below to cancel the original survey and start a new one:

1. Search for the candidate under Active Checkups on your My Checkster homepage.
2. Click on the button in the Status column.
3. Select Cancel the Checkup.
4. Start a new survey for the candidate with updated contact information.

Edit Candidate Name or Other Information:

1. Search for the candidate under Active Checkups on your My Checkster Homepage.
2. Click on the button in the Status column.
3. Click on the Checkup Details tab.
4. Edit the information, and click Save Details.
