You may find at some point that you closed or completed a reference check and now need more responses. In this case, a reference check can be re-opened.
Your administrator may have chosen to give you a re-open button directly within your account. If you have a re-open button, you can find it by searching for the candidate under Recent Reports, then clicking on the See Checkup Detail button and selecting Re-Open Checkup.
If you do not have a re-open button available in your account, email the Client Success Team at Support@Checkster.com and they will re-open the survey for you.
We STRONGLY recommend not starting a second survey for the candidate. Having 2 separate surveys often causes confusion for the candidate. Also, there is no way to combine feedback from 2 separate reports, so by starting separate surveys, you will have the rater feedback kept in separate plac
