Instructions for logging into Pomello for the first time
The first step in accessing Pomello is having an administrator send you an invitation. At this point your administrator will set the correct permissions, and invite you from the Pomello system.
Once you have been invited, you will receive a temporary password that you can use to log into your account for the first time.
Using your temporary password, log into the system for the first time. At this point you will be prompted to change your password. You will also be able to make adjustments to email subscriptions. This will determine whether or not you are notified when candidates complete the assessment.
If you forget your password after setting it, or if you do not use your temporary password within the allotted time, you can use the password reset feature. Simply navigate to the website, and follow instructions for resetting your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” after clicking the “Sign In” button.
