Rater Information now directly in your Inbox!!

Introduction

We are introducing a new capability which would allow the end-user to have all the rater information (including responses to sourcing branching questions) right in their inbox. All they need to do is to make sure that their email is added to the “Daily Sourcing Email preference“ list and they will start receiving information of all the raters who signed up to be part of sourcing database in last 24hrs as a CSV attachment.

 

This capability is only for customers who have access to the Sourcing Database on their employer portal. If you have sourcing database enabled, but still do not see “Daily Sourcing Email preference“ in your Settings tab menu, then please reach out to support via support@checkster.com or your designated account manager to get that activated.

Description

Users can also be signed up for a Daily Sourcing Email, which would send a notification every 24-hr to inform the user that there are new raters (passive candidates) available in sourcing database. They would then have to log-in into the platform and then download the information by clicking on “Export to CSV”. This would introduce multiple steps in the process and restrict users to use the rater information with ease.

With this update, anyone who is added to “Daily Sourcing Email“ list will receive an email every 24 hour if new raters sign-up to be part of the sourcing database. These emails, along with CSV can be sent to anyone for whom this information is relevant for (they need not have access to the Checkster platform).

Configuration/Setup

The setup can be configured only by Checkster product support and also by employer account admins.

  1. Go the account settings.
  2. Click on “Daily Sourcing Email Preferences“.
  3. Check “Enable Daily Sourcing Email“.
  4. Add the email-ids who should be receiving this information.
  5. Save the changes.

Once the changes are saved, user should be receiving these emails along with the CSV attachment in their mailbox directly.

Constraints

  1. Once you sign-up for the “Daily Sourcing Email“, you would receive information of all raters who signed up to be part of sourcing database.
  2. These emails will be sent always on a 24hr basis - customisation options on the frequency of the email is not available.
