Checkster allows you to start multiple surveys at once. This may come in handy if you have multiple candidates or employees to put through the system at one time.
- Select the survey you would like to use from the left side of your My Checkster homepage.
- Click "Start a Batch".
- Click “Choose File”. Then, select your CSV file from your computer. If you’re not sure what format the CSV file should be in, download a CSV template by clicking on “Download Batch Template”.
- Click "Upload".
- A confirmation page will show you a list of the surveys that you’re about to start, and will inform you if there are any errors in your CSV file. Click on “Confirm” to proceed with starting the surveys.
