How do I customize the content of the email communication?
- Click on Settings at the top of the page.
- Select Tailor Email Templates from the left side menu.
- Click on the tab that is related to the type of survey whose email communication you would like to edit.
- Click on each email to review and edit its content.
- Click Save after modifying each email.
Important!
When tailoring email communication, be careful not to modify the text in brackets (i.e. {IndividualFirstName}, {IndividualCheckupLink}, etc.). The system will automatically fill in those spaces with the correct text each time an email is sent.
It's also important that your requirements match up. If you tailor the text in the invitation email, make sure that the text in the reminder email matches.
