There are 3 ways to share a Checkster report.
*Note that a report must be completed before you can download or share it.
Download a PDF Copy and Send it via Email Attachment
- From your My Checkster homepage, click on the Report button under the Recent Reports section.
- click on the cloud icon to download the PDF. Then save the PDF, print it, or attach it in an email to someone.
Send an Ad Hoc Link to the Report from Checkster
From your My Checkster homepage:
- Click on Share Report under the Recent Reports section.
- Enter the email address(es) of the person/people you would like to send the report to, and click on Send Report. Checkster will send an email with a link to the report to the email address(es) you entered.
From the report:
- Go to your My Checkster homepage, and click on the report button under Recent Reports.
- Click on the paper airplane icon.
- Enter the email address(es) of the person/people you want to send the report to, and click Send Report. Checkster will send an email with a link to the report to the email address(es) you entered.
Automatically Share the Report Upon Completion
*Depending on how your account has been configured, you may not have this option available. If you don't see this option available but are interested in using it, please contact your account administrator.
- Select a survey from the left side of your My Checkster homepage.
- Enter the candidate’s details, and enter the email address(es) of the person/people you want to send the report to into the Autoshare field.
- Click Next. When the report is completed, Checkster will automatically send an email with a link to the report to the email address(es) you entered.
