A few evaluators have completed their new hire surveys. Why is the Impact report not ready? In each evaluation plan, there is an option to make certain evaluators’ input required before a report can be generated. You can remind evaluators or choose to force complete the report by hovering over the ORANGE MAGNIFYING GLASS next to a candidate’s name in the Evaluation Plans tab.
Can I add other evaluators to an evaluation plan? Yes! Go to the Evaluation Plans tab and click the ‘Plan’ button to invite additional evaluators to a particular Impact survey.
How do I indicate that an employee is no longer working here?
Once the Impact surveys are sent out, there will be an option to update an individual’s employment status.
How do I indicate which is more important: Standard Impact Questions or Custom Impact Questions? The higher the weighting, the higher the importance. If you want each question set to be of equal importance, weight them both 50
How do I rank each of the Custom Questions by importance?
The more weight you assign a custom question, the more relative importance it will have. Just be sure the weights of your custom questions add up to 100!
Why can’t I leave any of the questions blank or answer N/A on the multiple choice part?
The questionnaire is purposely designed this way to ensure honest, informative answers. We encourage you to think deeply about the employee and any situation in which you have observed their behaviors.
Will I be able to add evaluators after I complete my evaluation?
Absolutely! You can add evaluators at any point in the process.
Will I be able to edit my answers after I submit my evaluation?
No. Answers cannot be edited after the evaluation has been submitted.
Will the employee be able to see my feedback?
No. Only the recruiters who had access to the employee’s candidate profile will be able to see your feedback.
