Can I add/edit users to our account?
Only ADMINSTRATORS have this functionality. If you are an administrator navigate to USERS via the SETTINGS gear. From here you will be able to edit existing users and add new ones.Can I change the location of a position after it’s been created?
You cannot change the location of a position once it has been created. To create a similar position with a different location, hover over the magnifying glass next to the position’s name and select Copy and select or add a new location.Can I delete a candidate in the system?
A candidate can only be deleted if they have not filled out their profile. Once information has been entered into the system, Chequed.com is legally required to maintain the candidate account. A candidate can be archived to remove the candidate from view.Can I delete a position from the system?
A position can only be deleted if no candidates have been entered into it. Once a candidate is entered into a position it cannot be deleted. You can inactivate a position via the ORANGE MAGNIFYING GLASS feature.Can I make changes to a position after it is created?
A position can be edited after it is created but BEFORE candidates have entered into the assessment. To edit a position, hover your mouse over the ORANGE MAGNIFYING GLASS next to the position and select EDIT. We recommend checking your settings each time you create a position.How do I archive a candidate?
There are two ways to archive candidates. You can use the ORANGE MAGNIFYING GLASS to the left of their name to archive each candidate individually or you can archive candidates in bulk on the ‘All Candidates’ tab by selecting the candidates using the BULK ACTIONS, followed by ARCHIVE SELECTED CANDIDATES.How do I edit candidate/reference facing email templates, language and branding?
If you are an ADMINISTRATOR you have the ability to view/edit this functionality. Via the SETTINGS GEAR navigate to EMAIL TEMPLATES for email language and COMPANY TEMPLATES for dashboard language.How do I monitor candidate progress/actions?
To monitor a candidate, select the CANDIDATES TAB then the desired product. Hover your mouse over the ORANGE MAGNIFYING GLASS located to the left of the candidate select Candidate Activity Log.How do I remind a candidate?
There are two ways you can manually remind a candidate. At the CANDIDATES TAB use Bulk Actions to remind candidates. You can also select the corresponding product beneath the CANDIDATES TAB and select Send Reminder via the ORANGE MAGNIFYING GLASS.How do I share a candidate report with someone who does not have a login to Chequed?
When in a candidate report (does not matter product) select SHARE under the ACTIONS SECTION. From here enter the email address of the desired recipient and a copy of the report will be emailed to that person.How do I unarchive a candidate?
There are two steps to unarchive a candidate. First, you must navigate to the CANDIDATES TAB, select Filter, Search and Advanced Search. Select Show archived candidates and select Search. If you are searching for a specific candidate, you can enter their name in the filter box. You will be able to see all of the candidates that you have archived. Navigate to the ORANGE MAGNIFYING GLASS to the left of the candidate and select Unarchive.Is there a hard cut off score for candidates?
We do not advocate using a hard cut off score for candidates. Our recommendation is to focus on candidates who scored the highest first before moving on to other candidates. Please review our best practices document for more information.The candidate/reference/interviewer/user has not received the Chequed automated email.
Chequed using automated emails to communicate with users. Confirm the email you entered is correct then ask the intended party to check their spam/junk folder. If it is not there, their email security may have blocked the Chequed email out right. Ask them to add noreply@chequed.com to their safe senders list then resend the email.Will the system automatically remind references and candidates?
Yes! Your account administrator has the ability to control these settings. Our default settings will send 3 reminders to candidates (and references) over 3 days. (Once per day).Why am I notified about openings I didn’t create?
If your account is set up as an ADMINSTRATOR for your company you will automatically receive all email notifications. Please visit the SETTINGS GEAR to turn off email notifications under the MANAGER PROFILE.
