Does an invitation get sent to the candidate I have entered into ChequedInterview™?
No. The candidate does not receive an invitation when you enter them into ChequedInterview™. Entering a candidate to ChequedInterview™ creates a profile for the candidate that will allow you to plan and monitor the interviewers, and review the candidate’s ChequedScore. If the candidate is using other modules such as ChequedFit™ and/or ChequedReference™ all of the candidate’s information will be linked.
I can’t find the email that I received to perform an interview. How do I have another one sent to me?
You’ll need to contact the person who you received the invitation from. They can send you a duplicate email.
I printed out the interview guide. How do I enter the interview scores?
To enter the scores, go back to the original email that you received. Select the link in the email and submit scores via the instructions for the Offline Interview.
I was invited to complete an interview. Do I need to create a Chequed.com account?
You will not be requested to create a Chequed.com account to use ChequedInterview™. Selecting the link in the email will allow you to complete the interview.
Will I receive notifications for completed interviews?
You will receive a notification when each of the interviews are completed. You can adjust your User Settings for notifications inside your account.
